A city in central Vietnam, Da Nang is located 600 km south of Hanoi. It is the fourth largest city in Vietnam and the most important city in central Vietnam.
During the colonial era the French called the city Tourane. It was then occupied by the Americans.
Today it is a large, modern and lively city. Its streets are wide and relatively clean with very few street vendors.
The best time to visit Da Nang
To make the most of your trip to Da Nang, we advise you to favor the months of February to September. However, the weather is really pleasant from February to April and in June.
The temperatures are pleasant all year round. Average temperatures range from 25°C in January to 35°C in June.
For swimming, the best time for a suitable water temperature is from May to September. The sea temperature varies from 23°C to 30°C.
