Hoa Binh province. It is located 76 km east of Hanoi on the banks of the Black River. On this same river is the Hoa Binh Dam, the largest hydroelectric dam in Southeast Asia.
The province of Hoa Binh is the territory of seven ethnic groups who live there in perfect harmony. It is the cradle of the Muong culture.

The best time to visit Hoa Binh
This magnificent province has a particular charm at any time of the year, but the most pleasant period is between May and August.
However, it is also pleasant to come there in June and the beginning of October. These periods coincide with the two annual rice harvests.
The average annual temperature is 23°C. July has the highest temperatures of the year, an average of 27°C to 29°C, while January’s lowest temperatures average 16°C.
